It started the way the best things do — with a dream and a reason that mattered. Eric Urbanus set out to build something with his hands, not just a business, but a future for his growing family. A place where hard work, mechanical know-how, and doing right by people would be the whole business model.
In the spring of 2026, that dream got a partner. Aaron Doke — a seasoned entrepreneur and owner of several businesses right here in Clarks Hill — saw what Eric was building and believed in it. Together, they launched Lauramie Truck & Trailer.
We're rooted in Central Indiana and built on the idea that every vehicle that rolls through our doors deserves honest work and fair pricing — whether it's your daily driver, a work pickup, a fleet semi, or a trailer that's seen better days. We handle it all, from routine maintenance to serious mechanical work, and we treat every job like it matters. Because to us, it does.
